OUR MISSION
LaSuf’s mission is to:
- Inspire proactive, responsible citizens who drive positive change in their communities: Foster a sense of pride and identity among youth, encouraging them to take active roles in their communities.
- Cultivate strong, effective leaders: Offer training and opportunities to develop leadership skills, empowering youth to inspire and guide others.
- Promote civic engagement and celebrate achievements: Encourage participation in community and civic activities while recognizing and highlighting the accomplishments of Black Francophone youth, showcasing their contributions and impact.
OUR CORE VALUES
- Supportive: We create a nurturing environment where Black Francophone youth feel valued and encouraged. By providing mentorship, resources, and a network of support, we help them navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.

- Resilience: We support youth in developing resilience, helping them to overcome challenges and thrive in new environments.
